The new Haj policy includes:

  • 70% government quota and 30% private operator quota
  • Real-time digital monitoring of applications and payments
  • Pak Hajj mobile app, digital wristbands, and SIM-based tracking
  • Transparent selection of staff and improved lodging and food for pilgrims

The Ministry of IT will collaborate with the Ministry of Religious Affairs to ensure a seamless, technology-driven Haj process.
