The UAE has officially declared Monday and Tuesday, December 1 and 2, 2025, as public holidays for all federal government departments in celebration of the country’s 54th Union Day (Eid Al Etihad).This announcement was issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, giving federal employees a four-day long weekend, including the Saturday–Sunday break.Normal working hours will resume on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.The authority extended warm congratulations to the UAE leadership, citizens, and expatriates, noting that Union Day represents an important moment to celebrate the nation’s founders and reflect on the UAE’s exceptional journey of unity, progress, and development.
